Manufacturing Process

Throughout the manufacturing and management process, DueGi produces top quality products.

The full production cycle is undertaken in compliance with all the environmental and safety regulations.

After the polishing and plating processes, all the pieces are assembled and tested one by

one to guarantee the high quality of our products.

1

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Each tap is designed using our experience of creating well designed robust and quality taps while maintaining our Italian heritage. Prototypes are created using 3D printing machines and thereafter approved for production.

2

CASTING

During the foundry phase, we cast a mould using molten brass to blend the faucet. The desired shape is then extracted from the mould used.

3

MACHINING

It refers to the metal cutting process, for the piece to reach its dimensional accuracy and shape with precision and meet design requirements. Using automatic lathes to create the characteristic of the taps the faucets then apss through the transfer machine lines.

4

POLISHING

To allow a smooth finish of the product the polishing plays an integral role. There are 3 steps to ensure polishing and the quality is highly controlled during each step.

5

CHROME PLATING

Allows the product to be finished in an attractive manner allowing not only aesthetic use but also protection from acidic or high salt content water.

6

ASSEMBLING

A faucet is composed of several parts, assemble is where we put all these parts together. This is a key link between production and ensuring the quality of the product. During this process ‘Water leakage testing’ occurs on every piece to ensure no leakage.

7

PACKING

Once the products are assembled they are packed in their relevant boxes and cartons and led into the warehouse storage and sealed. Followed by a final check on all goods.
